workshops

Our small-group sessions, with four to six participants, can be shaped around different needs and desired outcomes — from supporting mental health and wellbeing to developing specific skills such as social skills, communication, taking responsibility or assertiveness. Sessions combine hands-on activities with horses and time for reflection, helping participants make sense of their experiences and apply what they have learned.

Who is it for?

These workshops are designed for adults who are managing well in everyday life but would value time to pause, reflect and invest in themselves. They offer an opportunity to step away from everyday demands, practise self-care, explore personal development and learn something new in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

No previous experience with horses needed.

We can tailor workshop focusing on specific skills or outcome on request.

Quiet minds, gentle hooves

This 3 hour workshop focuses on building self-awareness and developing calmness through guided activities with our ponies. Participants explore equine body language, mindfulness and connection, with opportunities for personal reflection. Through these experiences, participants can explore how their own body language, emotions and thoughts influence their interactions with the horses.
